Thank you to everyone who stopped by the Mathews Rotary Club's free water testing event yesterday. We were glad to help review results, answer questions, and discuss common concerns about well water quality and existing treatment equipment.

We found that many residents wanted a better understanding of their water and whether their current system was meeting their needs.

If you couldn't make it to the event but have questions about your well water, give our office a call at 804-210-2284. Whether you're concerned about water quality, existing treatment equipment, or simply want help understanding your options, we're happy to help.

The Mathews Rotary Club is hosting a free water testing event from 9 a.m. to noon at the Piankatank Ruritan Club on Thursday, October 15. Residents can bring a 12-oz water sample for testing of nuisance minerals and water quality concerns such as iron, hardness, sulfur odor, and total dissolved solids (TDS). If additional testing is needed, available options can be discussed during the event.

Water Pro owner, Steve Gingues, will be on site to review results and answer questions. We're proud to support the Mathews Rotary Club in this community effort.

A quick update for our customers: our service fees have increased. This is our first change in more than two years, and we’ve delayed it as long as we could. We appreciate your support and understand that price changes impact everyone.

Our service plans are not contracts — you can cancel anytime if the new pricing doesn’t fit your needs. Thank you for continuing to trust us with your water treatment.
