🔥 SCOTTY BIGGS BBQ ISN’T DONE YET, FOLKS! 🔥
You thought we were hanging up the tongs for the season? NOT SO FAST! 😎🐷
First off, THANK YOU all for your patience over the last month and a half. Between working at the casino and doing private events, I’ve had exactly ONE day off since Labor Day! And Heather’s been just as busy as I have. At this point, I think we’re both running on BBQ sauce, caffeine, and pure stubbornness! 😂
With that said, I’m hoping to keep the truck rolling until MID-NOVEMBER, just with a limited schedule since I’m still working at the casino.

At least one more time each! Depending on how things work out, I might even try to sneak a day into Fairmont.
A QUICK NOTE ABOUT MARSHALL! 😉
I didn’t get a permit for Marshall this year, so I’m hoping to find a spot just outside the city limits where I might be able to set up and serve you all! If anyone knows of a good location, I’m all ears!
I’d love to find a way to make it back to the area and get some more BBQ out to all of you before the season wraps up! 🔥🐷❤️
📻 A WORD ABOUT THOSE RADIO COUPONS!
I know a lot of you purchased radio coupons, and I definitely want you to have a chance to use them! If you don’t get a chance before we shut down for the winter, DON’T PANIC! They don’t expire, so you can use them next year. I may even do some bulk meat sales over the winter that you could use them for!

As soon as I get dates figured out, I’ll let you know! It all depends on my casino schedule, so keep an eye on this page. I promise I’m not trying to make you play BBQ roulette! 😂

I originally planned to shut down November 1st, but I still have some bills hanging around from my heart attack two years ago. I’m SO close to getting those finally paid off!
