Alright... Let's get this long weekend rollin'! Meet me at Helltown Taproom Export for an evening of fun, food and music! I will be setup outside from 5:00 until 9:00 and Come September will be playing some tunes from 7:00 till 10:00. It will be a great time and from what I can see, most importantly, it will be a DRY one too. See you there!

Alright, as I said earlier, if you missed your chance to try the "Lexis Bowl" with Selembo’s Sweet Corn yesterday, you have one more chance this weekend. Big thanks to Billy and all of the folks that came out last night to enjoy the dishes made with his Selembo’s Sweet Corn! The difference in the "Lexis Bowl" when made with fresh picked corn was huge! And the corn ribs turned out so delicious when hit with a little bit of lime! Thank you to Bill Selembo for reaching out and supplying the wonderful corn. His season is over very soon so make sure you go and get some to eat and some to freeze.
And if you missed out last night, I'll give you one more chance on Saturday at Helltown Taproom Export. Stay tuned!

On this day, 5 years ago, right about this time of the day, I served this, my very first bowl ever, to my good friend, Chef Jeff Cieslewicz, at All Saints Brewing Company. And the rest, as they say....... Is an absolute BLUR! 😅
Thank you so much to all who have supported me and trusted me to return a great product for your hard-earned dollars! Thank you to everyone at All Saints for giving me the first shot to do my thing! Thank you to all of my family, friends and followers for continuously building this thing into something really special. Thank you to everyone who has come and helped me at my events! Thank you to my beautiful girlfriend for putting up with all of the craziness of my schedule! Thank you to my mom and my Mrs. for making me learn how to cook! And thank you, Lord, for the inspiration and strength to keep doing this! It's been an amazing, exhausting and fulfilling ride so far. 💜

This is a call out to all students of Greensburg Salem High School from 1993-'98. Two of your faves are about to collaborate! Join me tomorrow at All Saints Brewing Company in Greensburg for a few bowls that will feature Selembo’s Sweet Corn! My old friend, Bill Selembo, grows some really delicious sweet corn and I'm honored that he asked me to put my touch on his hard work. He only has a little bit left in his season. So make sure that you not only make your way to the brewery but to one of his 4 stands in the area before it's all gone!

I just want to send a big thanks to B&L Wine Cellars Tasting Room Jeannette and Helltown Taproom Mt. Pleasant for a really nice weekend! I really appreciate everyone who came out. I have to send a special shout-out to Mrs. Jeanie Waters and her husband for making the trip to Jeannette all the way from Washington County because she saw the reel Tara Of All Trades put together about me recently! That's the kind of energy I need! 🙌🏾 Thank you so much!
Also, the new appetizers did really well. So I may be adding them and some other small bites to my pop-ups especially once I move to indoor setups. So be sure to keep an eye out!

So I'm sitting at my event in Jeannette and I realize that I need to get a menu out for my good folks in Mt. Pleasant! Catch me back at Helltown Taproom Mt. Pleasant tomorrow afternoon for Sunday Funday! It will be a beautiful day so I will finally be able to setup outside! 🙌🏾 I will have everything ready to go at 1:00 and packing up around 5:00.
