This fall I will be teaching a few classes at Meridian Technology Center South Campus as well as classes at LOKals Guthrie

I love that they use only essential oils and no fragrance oils (these are not good for us)🌻 I bought these scents recently for my husband and sons and they loved them. They smell so good🌻 Go by and purchase some today!

We worked on teas and tea blends as well as making more of our Balm of Gilead Salve last week.

What is Balm of Gilead salve? It is a pain relieving salve that contains medicinal properties from the infused popular bud oil, methyl salicylate, which is a precursor to acetyl sailcylate, (what is in aspirin) It relieves pain and acts as an anti inflammatory 🌻
