Ladybug Lane Flower Farm is looking for a hardworking human (age 16+) to join our crew for 8–12 hours a week in the mornings.
Job perks include:

🌱 Daily encounters with mud, weeds, insects, and occasionally your own poor life choices

Requirements:
✔ Must be able to function before most people are awake
✔ Must not mind getting dirty
✔ Must enjoy working outdoors in all kinds of weather
✔ Must have a good sense of humor
✔ Must be willing to sweat... a lot
Instagram makes flower farming look dreamy and glamorous. In reality, it's equal parts beauty, hard work, and wondering how dirt got in places dirt should never be.
