This Lasagna Soup is Fabulous topped with a dollop (we provide) of Ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese and Mozzarella cheese. See you tomorrow, October 3rd starting at 10:30-4 or sell out. We are set up at Sweeter Than SAP bakery in Gettysburg. *Bakery opens at 9am.

IMPORTANT- PLEASE READ! Tom and I want to sincerely thank all of our customers(old and new), friends and family for all of your continued support!!!

To start, this past weekend was incredible. For the ones that stood in line under the tent, in the
“Splash zone”, or just in the rain with a jacket, we greatly appreciate your time and patience. We are also so grateful for our family driving many miles to see us week after week. EJ Smokehouse was created on a whim and now we not only love what we do, but we love our customers like friends and family!!!

We ARE NOT your average food truck. Tom and I take pride in every meat and salad we make ourselves and sell. We don’t just roll up and turn the fryers on. Our product takes hours and days to create.

So AGAIN, THANK YOU TO EVERYONE that continues to support us week after week. WE truly appreciate YOU. As my POP always said, “PLEASING YOU PLEASES US!!”

Finally, thank you for VOTING US 1ST PLACE BEST BBQ IN ADAMS COUNTY!!!! Whoo hoo!!
