Our Dream of a Caribbean bar still lives and "Bill & Steve's is not gone, we've just made a slight path correction on how we plan to get there. A you know we've been brewing for a while and those who have shared this building process and followed us along the way we will be forever grateful to. Through brewing perpetual stoppage, to the crafting of the "Gruesome Grinch Belgian Holiday" and the "Koala Kick Pale Ale"... you've supported us (Even as just taste testers). Its now time for us to move on and move up with making this Brewery a reality. Continue to follow us on our journey, Share with your friends, and welcome them into the fold. We look forward to sharing "Something Wicked brewing" with all of you.

Brewed with low color Pilsner, wheat malt, and layered with flaked oats. Hopped in the whirlpool w/ Citra Cryo and Eggers Hops Rakau. DH with more Eggers Rakau and Freestyle Hops Riwaka sub zero hop kief.

We’re kicking off a new Friday tradition at Lighthouse 153! Our delicate, hand-battered Haddock is b**r-battered with our very own Pearl Hazy IPA, then fried golden and crispy and served with our Tidal Twist Fries & creamy slaw. 🌊🍺

Boy we’re glad to be back open and slinging brews and seafood to you wonderful folks! 🍺🦞

Got 2 new ones for ya’ll today!!

Amberjack (5.3%) German style Märzen - Brewed w/ a blend of European barley and specialty malts, ran through a single decoction mash, hopped just enough for balance and flavor to accent malt character. Cold fermented with our house l***r yeast.

TEE KEE (6.5%) Fruited Sour - Brewed with Barley, sticky oats, and pale wheat malt. Fermented w/ a lactic acid producing yeast. Layered with a combo of Mango, Pineapple, and coconut cream puree.
