American Bresse update!
We have been growing out our first batch of American Bresse chickens and at 8wks old, these pretty birds are halfway there. They are averaging 2.5lbs and looking good. 8 more weeks to processing and see how they look. We have another batch that is almost a week old that we are growing out in a similar fashion. I'm super excited to see the final, dressed, weights.
