Tonight's menu: Mango Jalapeño chicken thighs finished with a little Backdraft, grilled potato wedges, and smoked brats. The chicken was great, but those crispy potato wedges might have stolen the show. 🔥

Well... the first batch disappeared quicker than I expected.

Caribbean Burger Night 🔥🍔🌴
Tonight's burgers were built with SmokeWerx from start to finish.

🔥 Caribbean Cut Jerk Rub on the burgers 🥭 Mango Jalapeño BBQ Sauce glazed during the cook and added again on the finished burger 🍟 Caribbean-seasoned fries 🌶️ Grilled fresh jalapeños 🥣 Homemade Caribbean crema

The goal with these recipes isn't just to make good BBQ—it's to show how SmokeWerx flavors work together to create a complete meal.

I'd call this one a success. I think Caribbean Cut and the Mango Jalapeño BBQ Sauce make a pretty incredible combination.
