With older bottles like this 2021 Terraces Pinot Noir, let them breathe. Let the whole story be told. The wine has had time to develop, to show layers and complexity that weren’t there when it was young. Pour it, give it some air, watch it open up in the glass. Trevor is currently working toward his Master of Wine (MW) 🍷 It’s one of the most respected certifications in the wine world - part science, part global study, part blind tasting, and notoriously hard to earn.

What’s been especially rewarding to watch is how he balances that with day-to-day winemaking here. One moment he’s deep in theory, the next he’s in the cellar, tasting and trusting his instincts.

Both sides show up in the wines, and that's what makes the wines what they are.

Food Truck Saturdays at Eden Rift are back 🍕We loved seeing so many of you, members and new faces, at last month’s Food Truck Saturday. It felt like spring officially started out at the Estate.

Join us every second Saturday from March through October, 12-4pm at the tasting room. Different local vendors each month - this month's event is April 11th. Pair our wines with delicious food, relax on the patio, and enjoy the vineyard views. No tickets needed, just come hungry and ready for a laid-back afternoon. Wine, food, and good vibes await. March is shaping up nicely at Eden Rift 🌱 We’re starting Food Truck Saturdays - second Saturday of every month, March through October, 12pm to 4pm at the tasting room. Different vendors each time, beginning with Mattia Pizza on March 14th. Wine, food, and a proper reason to spend your Saturday afternoon here. Our Wine Club release party is Saturday, March 21st from 1-4pm. Live music from Lavender Fields Band, Papasitos Food Truck serving, and Club 1849 members get the first taste of our new releases.

Our annual Valentine’s Day hike returns 🥾❤️

Pick whether you’d like a 1.5 or 2.5 mile hike through our terraced blocks. One of the only times—aside from our ATV tours—that guests can explore our full 120-acre estate. Taste wines along the way with Saul, our vineyard manager. Mozzeria Pizza on site.

Choose your route. 1.5 miles or 2.5 miles through the terraced blocks, stopping to taste wines along the way. Our vineyard manager Saul Tapia will be pouring and sharing stories about how we farm this land. A wonderful way to celebrate your love of wine and the outdoors.
