It’s the final day of a wonderful Downtown Restaurant Week!
We hope everyone enjoyed celebrating Holly Springs’ 150th anniversary with us.

One of the Restaurant week favorites has been our Mango Shrimp Summer Roll. With poached shrimp, mango, cucumber, cabbage, carrot, mint, and basil, served with citrus-herb nuoc cham and mango chili sauce.

🍋 Introducing the Stone Fruit Sangria 🍊

Our August Drink of the Month is made with Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, apple brandy, peach, orange, lemon, tropical spices, and soda.

For every Stone Fruit Sangria sold this month, $1 will be donated to Tools4Schools; a WakeEd Partnership program that provides free classroom supplies to Wake County Public School educators and their students.

We kicked off the month with our August Give Back Night on Wednesday, August 5th. Give Back Night happens on the first Wednesday of every month, when we partner with a nonprofit organization and donate a portion of the evening’s proceeds to support its mission.

Happy 4th of July from Nightingale 🇺🇸

Today feels like the perfect time to introduce July’s Cocktail Club!

Red, White & Booze: The Spirits of 1776

This month, we’re raising a glass to the founding spirits of America. Inspired by the taverns of the American Revolution, we’re exploring rum, brandy, and whiskey through three cocktails inspired by the colors of the American flag and the flavors of summer.

This Month’s Signature Cocktails:

Atlantic Crossing
Rum, citrus, and tropical flavors.

Give Me Liberty or Give Me Cherries
Brandy, fresh cherry, and lime.

Stone Fence
A modern interpretation of a classic Revolutionary-era whiskey cocktail.

Expect hands-on mixology instruction, thoughtful conversation, light bites, dessert, and three full cocktails, one of each.

Red, white, and blue attire is encouraged.
