we are genuinely speechless. a year and a half ago, Vintage Books Hawaii was just a dream. A speakeasy hidden behind a bookshelf in Kaimuki, hoping you’d find us.

you found us. and then you told your friends. and they told theirs. and somehow here we are.

to our incredible staff — the ones who show up every single day, pour every drink with intention, plate every dish with care, and welcome every guest like ohana. this is yours just as much as ours. we see you and we are so grateful for you.

to our community — Kaimuki, Honolulu, Hawaiʻi. thank you for embracing a little speakeasy bookstore and making it your home away from home. your support has meant everything.
