Bear is the sweetest boy and such a character. He has so much personality and we love loving on him! He always greets us with a toy in this mouth! No matter what is going on, he will go find a toy and bring it over to you with his tail wagging. We often call him Mr. Wiggles! Bear lives for his outdoor adventures with his full brother Finn (The Adventure Boys). He especially loves swimming in the lake. Our favorite time of year is taking him to Lake Almanor so he can swim all day!

Breathtaking Beachfront Palapa for Sale in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico

Amazing Beachfront Palapa

We have decided to sell our amazing beachfront palapa "Tranquila" located 1 hour water taxi ride south of Puerto Vallarta. It is located in an off grid community (full solar) of about 25 other palapas called Los Chonchos. It is a 36 years lease until 2060. Maintained fees are around $4800 per year, and there are NO other fees. It is remote, safe... and very peaceful! Everyone is very friendly. The palapa is open air and has two beds and a loft (with a bed) and comes completely furnished and ready to enjoy! Palapa has internet, hot water, fridge and cooktop. Chimo is the nearest village to go for food and supplies. It is an appx 45 min hike to town, or you can hire the boat to take you. You will see whales, sea turtles (lay eggs on the beach), many other sea animals and a wide variety of birds. There are wild bananas and wild coconuts everywhere to enjoy!

It has been updated since the video was taken (new concrete counters, new shelves/storage, new concrete shower, new ladder to loft and railing, etc). They have laundry services available and will pick up and do laundry in near by town of Chimo.

Wonderful Wednesday!! Got this sweet update from a family in Georgia who has had 5 of our Labs (currently 4)... Bodhi, Gus, Remi, Moab and Waylon. It is always SO wonderful seeing them SO loved and blessings their families.
