I’ve been coming to Karbach Brewing Co. since my college days (I think I even celebrated my 21st birthday here mind you I’m 32 💁🏻♀️) back when kids weren’t even part of the equation 😂 so there’s something full-circle about coming back now with my family.
And one thing I LOVE? Karbach is such a fun family-friendly Houston spot. They have their huge Biergarten with yard games, TVs, plenty of room to hang out.
Now… THE FOOD. 🤌🏼
The Korean Fried Chicken Bowl?! 10/10. Sweet chili-glazed chicken with that little kick of spice
And that warm chocolate chip cookie with ice cream on top? Another 10/10.
Of course my husband is here for the beer 🍺, but I did have to steal a few tastes AND I tried a beer mimosa that was BOMB. So basically… he gets his beer, I get my food, the kids get to have fun, and everybody wins. 😂
They also have SO many fun events throughout the year. Karbachtoberfest 2026 is coming up for THREE weekends — Sept. 18–20, Sept. 25–27 & Oct. 2–4 — with beer, brats, live entertainment, stein-hoisting and even wiener dog races
So whether you’re coming for an event, a family afternoon, date day or just some really good food + beer… Karbach continues to be one of those classic Houston spots that never gets old. 🫶🏼
