All set up and ready to serve 150 people at the Tying Vines fundraiser at The Katy Gardens event venue. We had the A Team. Thank you Kim, Amy, Road Sofa and Zach, y’all did a fantastic job. We served brisket, smoked turkey breast, espresso baked beans, macaroni salad, peach cobbler and banana pudding along with sweet and unsweetened tea, lemonade and water. We even has a coffee bar, first time for that, and for the vegan folks we had spinach salad with strawberries, vegan feta cheese, slivered almonds and raspberry vinaigrette, mashed yams with vegan butter, fresh green beans with onions, naan bread and vegan cookies. It was a great night.
