The pecan praline glaze was a big hit at Christmas and of course the salted caramel peach glaze is always a favorite.

Tomorrow is the last day to get your orders in for a Tuesday or Christmas Eve delivery. I have double smoked spiral cut hams with either a salted caramel peach glaze, pineapple bourbon glaze or a pecan praline glaze.

I also have all of the regular BBQ menu items as well.

With Thanksgiving behind us and Christmas ahead, I’m now taking orders for Christmas hams. We’ll have double smoked bone-in and boneless hams with your choice of glaze, caramel peach, pineapple bourbon and a new one pecan praline. Delivery will be Christmas Eve so you can heat up and enjoy on Christmas Day.

For meats, we have turkeys, whole, stuffed or carved, sliced turkey breast, double smoked salted caramel peach glazed ham and double smoked pineapple bourbon glazed ham.

Hey y'all, Thanksgiving is among us. This year I am preparing meats only, no family dinners. That wore me out last year and the wife said no more, lol.

So if you are interested in a smoked turkey, turkey breast(s), or bone in or boneless ham, let me know.

All set up and ready to serve 150 people at the Tying Vines fundraiser at The Katy Gardens event venue. We had the A Team. Thank you Kim, Amy, Road Sofa and Zach, y’all did a fantastic job. We served brisket, smoked turkey breast, espresso baked beans, macaroni salad, peach cobbler and banana pudding along with sweet and unsweetened tea, lemonade and water. We even has a coffee bar, first time for that, and for the vegan folks we had spinach salad with strawberries, vegan feta cheese, slivered almonds and raspberry vinaigrette, mashed yams with vegan butter, fresh green beans with onions, naan bread and vegan cookies. It was a great night.

I’ll be smoking meats all weekend long in celebration of Labor Day so if you don’t feel like BBQ’ing give me a shout and I’ll do it for you. Brisket, Pulled Pork, Whole Chickens, Turkey Breast, Ribs, Sausage, whatever your fancy. If you want sides or desserts or a complete meal I can help. From my cook today I have one beautiful center cut piece of brisket vacuum sealed in it’s natural juices. Freshly smoked and sealed, not frozen. 3 lbs for $75 if anyone is interested for some BBQ for the 4th. Comes with a pint of my homemade sweet onion BBQ sauce. YUM

Over the next week and a half I am smoking a bunch of pork shoulder, about 150 lbs and briskets, 100lbs for two events. If you are interested in either let me know and I'll throw some extra on the pits. The pulled pork is excellent with my homemade hot chipotle vinegar sauce and the brisket pairs really well with my homemade sweet onion BBQ sauce. And of course you can make it a meal with homemade sides and cobbler or just get the meat only.

This is looking like a fajita weekend. I am cooking for a graduation party and would be happy to add extra to the grill. The fajita meal includes beef and chicken fajitas, flour tortillas, guacamole, chili con queso, refried beans, Mexican rice, chips and salsa and pico de gallo. $15/person.
