URBE was recently featured in The Best Lunch Spots in Houston, and we’re pretty happy to be included among the city’s go-to spots for a midday meal.

As Eater puts it, “When an escape from the mundanity of the office is needed, lunch at Urbe provides exactly the right vibe.” We’ll cheers to that. 🌮🍹

Roasted carrots, portobello mushrooms, salsa macha, pepitas, pickled red onion, and panela cheese come together for a taco that’s crunchy, savory, and seriously delicious. One bite and you’ll forget it’s vegetarian.

Can easily be made vegan. Available at all times. 🥕✨
