Here’s the story straight from the owner, Michael Vayner:

NXT LVL EVENT wasn’t built in comfort, it was built in chaos. I started in this industry with a simple photo booth and a vision to create something different. Then reality hit. We were robbed and lost everything. Not long after, Hurricane Harvey wiped out what we were trying to rebuild. And just when things started gaining momentum, COVID shut the entire events industry down.

There were plenty of moments where walking away would’ve been easier. But that was never the move.
Every setback forced me to rethink, rebuild, and come back stronger. What started as a small photo booth company had to evolve—or it wouldn’t survive. So I stopped thinking like a vendor and started thinking bigger. That’s when the shift happened.

NXT LVL EVENT was born out of that grind.
Today, we don’t just provide services—we create experiences that people actually remember. We use technology, creativity, and intention to turn events into something immersive, something real. Because at the end of the day, people don’t remember the schedule… they remember how they felt.
