Fast legs need real fuel.
We spent the day at the AAU Wharton County WAVE Track Meet last April, cheering on Third Ward's young track and field athletes, and it left us thinking about something we care deeply about. A kid who trains that hard needs real food to match.
Speed, focus, the bounce-back after a tough race: it all starts with what's on the plate. Fresh produce, good protein, real ingredients. Not a label that says "healthy," but food that actually is.
And great food shouldn't depend on your zip code. Every kid on the block deserves to be fueled well, and making that reachable for the whole neighborhood is the whole reason Nia is here.
When a neighborhood eats well, its kids show up ready. On the track, and everywhere else.
Neighbors nourishing neighbors.
