We were proud to recognize members for their success in Leadership and Career Development Events, proficiency awards, scholarships, and degree advancements at the district, state, and national levels.

🌟 Most Outstanding Senior: Lacie Weber

🏆 Overall Outstanding Howard FFA Member: Clayton Weber was recognized for an incredible first year in FFA through leadership events, judging teams, proficiencies, and always stepping up to help our chapter.

We also celebrated members earning their Discovery, Greenhand, Chapter, and State FFA Degrees, showcasing the hard work and commitment our students have put into growing as leaders in agriculture and their communities.

Congratulations to all of our members recognized this evening. Your hard work, dedication, and willingness to step outside your comfort zone continues to make Howard FFA stronger every day! 👏🐾

🌟 Howard FFA – Final Day of State Convention Recap 🌟

The final day of the South Dakota FFA State Convention brought exciting results and a great finish to an incredible week!

🏆 National Chapter Award
Howard FFA was awarded a Superior Rating and will be advancing on to Nationals!

🌟 Howard FFA – State Convention Day 2 Recap 🌟

Day 2 was a long one for our members—starting at 7:00 AM and going until 11:40 PM—but it was a fun-filled and action-packed day!

📚 The day was also filled with learning as members participated in Career Show and Leadership Workshops, visited AGR for lunch, and connected with alumni Zach Connor, who is currently a member of AGR.

It was a busy and successful first day at the South Dakota FFA State Convention for our Howard FFA members!

Throughout the day, we had several teams competing in Career Development Events, including:

Today’s spotlight features two events that highlight both crop science and technical expertise:

Students identify crops, weeds, seeds, and insects while applying principles of crop production and management.
