While cooking dishes here in California, we have noticed that many people do not eat pork sausage. Although traditional Andouille sausage is used many Creole dishes, we have to cater to the masses and substitute the pork sausage. Of course, the traditional Andouille sausage has a ton of flavor, but we have not found a good chicken sausage that would meet our standard. Do you all have any suggestions for an alternative of chicken or turkey sausage? What do you use in your dishes?

Last week, I received a phone call from a youtuber named . I had never heard of him, so of course, I researched his content. His videos are definitely UNIQUE with catchy titles, so I was on the fence about collaborating with him 😂! I did not know how I would fit in, but after speaking with his assistant more, I understood the vision they were trying to create. I agreed to appear on his YouTube channel, and I must say it was such a delightful experience. YOU ARE AMAZING!! You guys can check it out on his YouTube platform, Kash World.
