Because why have ordinary cupcakes when you can have cupcakes wearing HATS?! 😂🧢

SIX FEET of wedding cake, flowers, and LOVE! 🎂🌸

When your love story is larger than life, sometimes your wedding cake needs to be too!

I had the absolute pleasure of creating this 6-FOOT-LONG wedding cake for Elya and Devon at the breathtaking Waterstone venue, nestled inside their beautiful Rock Room! ❤️

I first met Devon quite a while ago, and our paths crossed again at The Pink Bride Expo last year! From that moment, I was so excited to bring their wedding cake vision to life!

This wasn't your traditional tiered wedding cake! Instead, we created one long, elegant cake adorned with delicate hand-painted and palette-painted buttercream flowers, bringing beautiful colors, texture, and artistry to every inch of this sweet centerpiece.

And the finishing touch? Elya and Devon adorned their cake with romantic candles and shared a sweet kiss right in the middle!

Talk about a picture-perfect moment!

One of my favorite things about creating wedding cakes is that no two love stories are alike, and neither should their cakes be!

Whether it's a towering masterpiece or a six-foot-long floral beauty, I love turning your ideas into something unforgettable.

💜 An Evening of Hope, Empowerment & Giving Back! 💜

What a beautiful and meaningful evening attending The Magnolia Project’s GLOWE Forward Gala!

There is something so special about coming together as a community to support an organization that is truly changing lives, one woman at a time. 💜

The Magnolia Project holds such an important place in our community. Their mission goes beyond helping women escape domestic abuse. They walk alongside these women as they rebuild their lives, regain their confidence, discover their strengths, and work toward lasting independence. Through financial education, career preparation, personal growth, and meaningful connections, they are giving women the tools and encouragement to create brighter futures for themselves and their families.

And can I just say how amazing Jennifer is?! 💜 Her heart, dedication, and passion for helping others are truly inspiring. She gives so much of herself to our community through The Magnolia Project, and I am so grateful for the difference she is making!

As the owner of Cakes By Angela Bowes, it was such an honor to contribute a little sweetness to this special evening! I had the pleasure of creating The Magnolia Project's logo sugar cookies and delicious individual blackberry cheesecakes for everyone to enjoy with dinner.

Being able to use my love of baking to support a cause that means so much is one of the greatest joys of what I do!

The evening was filled with beautiful moments, inspiring stories, wonderful food, music, and so many generous hearts.

Hearing about the journeys of these courageous women was a beautiful reminder of just how important this organization is.

I am so excited to welcome you into the kitchen at Serenity Knoll Cooking School for my upcoming Sourdough Bagel Class this coming Saturday morning!

💜🎂 When your cake vision becomes a CAKE sculpture! 🎂💜

One of my favorite parts of what I do is taking an idea and figuring out, “How can I turn THAT into cake?!” 😄 I absolutely love the creativity, challenge, and little details that go into bringing your vision to life—and this Pokémon-themed sculpted cake was SO much fun!

And what better place to celebrate than Quantum Leap here in Johnson City?! Jumping, dodgeball, basketball, obstacles and more… followed by CAKE sounds like a pretty fantastic birthday to me! 🎉

Whether you dream of a traditional cake, something completely over-the-top, or a cake that barely looks like cake at all, I love creating something that makes YOU smile and gives your guests that big WOW! moment.

💍🤍 Lace, cannolis & a gorgeous mountain wedding… yes please! 🤍💍

What a stunning place to say “I Do!” Sugar Hollow Retreat is truly tucked away in God’s country, and this beautiful celebration called for a cake just as special!

I loved creating this elegant four-tier wedding cake, covered in delicate lace detailing and finished with those gorgeous deep red roses. And because one dessert is never enough… I made homemade cannolis too! 😍

And inside all that pretty? FOUR delicious cake flavors: 🎂 Chocolate Bourbon Pecan
🍓 Strawberry Cheesecake
🤍 French Vanilla
🥥 Coconut

One of my favorite things about creating wedding cakes is making something that feels completely yours—from the design you see when you walk into your reception to the flavors your guests are still talking about after the last slice (and cannoli!) has disappeared.
