The Rack Pack BBQ Team World Championship BBQ Team Two Arkansas guys drinking beers, cooking pig & winning awards!

Once a year, we team up with an Award Winning Memphis Chef, a retired airline CEO, an Incentive Travel Agent & a couple of other Memphis Characters to compete in the Memphis in May World Championship BBQ Festival! When we're cooking whole hog, shoulders & butts we're using Heritage Berkshire Pork from Newman Farms because that's what we do.
