Tonight we introduce Celtic Pastures Sweet Carrie. She is reserved but I can tell she's holding back a bit of a personality of her own. I love her coloring. Carrie and Wren are only slightly larger than the babies and are a year old. Annie took Wren on a leash walk today and worked with getting to know her goat. Tomorrow we will work more with Carrie and introduce another new babe. ❤️❤️

Our lil buckling Zippy is having a hard time getting his grown up belly settled. I was trying to give him meds last night and he screamed, threw his head back, and landed one of his lil noggin spikes right in my ear canal. I already have chronic ear problems, and this is a bit of solid advice for the future:
Disbud your bucklings., especially if you like to hug them. 🧡🤍🤎🩶🖤

Summer has begun, the rain hasn't stopped and we are covered in mud, but having the time of our lives. Ricky made some goat cheese this week and I dare say it was delicious! We have ~ 30 gallons of goat milk in the freezer and about 10 rabbits on the cull list for this weekend. 2 does bred, making room for more! 😍😍
