The husband stole the south end to put back into pasture. Trying a new fabric this year. 🤞🏻 that this holds up better than previous years. Only had an hour or 2 each late afternoon so it’s been a slow process of putting it up. Over half done though, woohoo!

Homestead life is never-ending. Today’s agenda is continuing rendering lard, continuing canning potatoes, prepping the fruit to freeze dry, and then prepping my grow lighters in basement to plant seeds in the upcoming weeks.
