Poppers are one of my absolute favorite appetizers and these look just amazing!

You ever have something on your mind that you just can't shake? We'll, I've had jalapeno poppers on my mind for almost a week now. Maybe it's football season knocking on the door, or maybe it's that bottle of Rub Yer Meat seasoning sitting in the cabinet calling to me. Whatever it was, making these chorizo-cream cheese stuffed, bacon wrapped, seasoned jalapeno poppers is only going to make that voice in my head louder. Good thing Eagles season is right around the corner, so I'll have an excuse to make these more often!

Rub yer wangs!

Thanks to the recommendation (and discount code) from Leaning Jowler Competition BBQ Team we enjoyed some amazing fried wings tonight! After frying our wings we added a nice coating of Rub Yer Meat seasoning before they cooled down. I definitely recommend trying it out if you haven’t already!

You’ve had pork belly burnt ends.

But have you ever put one on a stick?

These Pork Belly Lollipops get hit with Rub Yer Meat BBQ Rub, smoked low and slow until tender, dunked in Meat Mitch Stay Hot BBQ Sauce, then thrown back on the smoker until they’re sticky, smoky, and downright dangerous.

Pork belly needed a handle. We fixed that.

French fries had a good run.

We sliced up a can of SPAM, breaded it in crispy panko, fried it until golden brown, then hit it with Rub Yer Meat BBQ Rub while it was still hot.

Crispy outside. Salty, savory SPAM inside.

Now the important question: are you dipping these in Sriracha mayo or BBQ sauce?
