March Madness, but make it Biergarten 🍻🏀 with dirndl kitchen

When Farmland challenged me to bring my best German bacon snacks to our game day food lineup, I said nothing less than ‘jetzt geht’s ran a den Speck!’ …. Meaning ‘now let’s get to the bacon’ … meaning ‘let’s do it!’ 🥓😂

Flammkuchen is an instant no-brainer, with the quickly made cracker-like crust and irresistible sour cream-applewood smoked bacon-onion topping combination 🤤 Next is Griebenschmalz, a bacon spread using Farmland hickory smoked bacon that somehow you have lived without, but you’re not quite sure how 🤷🏼‍♀️ And lastly, I wanted to give you an easy Spargel (white asparagus) moment and simply wrapping it in Farmland applewood smoked bacon did the trick 😍
