Las Primas and the whole family took a trip to Puerto Rico and wow… we ate so much good food. Feeling really inspired coming home and excited to keep bringing Latin American classics to Kansas City.

Everything felt so savory and fresh. Tropical fruits everywhere, lots and lots of coconut in the sweets, plátanos at every meal, and honestly the perfect amount of mayo ketchup.

One of my favorite things about traveling is how much food tells the story of people and place. Can’t wait to bring some of these flavors and inspiration back to KC ❤️
