24 hours from now it won’t look like this. ❄️Feels like spring & the birds are singing now but another storm is on the way. Getting the hay moved to the upper barn & feeders filled.

Scenes from last week till this week…colder weather moved in & we’ve gone from pasture grazing to hay rings with calves learning to enjoy coming into the calf pen in the barn for cover. Next round of AI calves will be here in January.

New AI babies born this past week out of Simmnetal bulls LLSF Pays to Believe, CNS Pays to Dream, SS Goldmine L42 & Angus bull Mytty In Focus. 🐮 Each known to produce solid production cattle. Daughters with awesome phenotype & excellent udders. This makes the fact that they are all heifers a true bonus.
