A cleaner asks:

I hope all is well. I am estimating my first condominium project tomorrow. Mostly hallways and a community room. After speaking with the president of the condo association, it sounds like carpets haven’t been professionally cleaned in years. She called them “unsightly”. I’m thinking of using your “rat nasty”. Just wondering what your thoughts are. It’s roughly 15,000 ft.², I’d like to know how much rat nasty I would need to cover the project. I can send you some photos tomorrow.

Michael: Need this part not sure what it would be called

Joe: Sapphire Titanium wand. You need the left side spraybar? What's wrong with it?

Michael: Tech over tightened a jet and now it sprays out of the fitting

Joe: I don't sell it. PMF does. They make it, The threads are delicate. You're out a hundred bucks replacing it.
Try fixing it first:
-JB Weld around those threads ... hope for the best.
- Try using a 1/4" Tap & die to rework the threads. I have had luck doing this. You can send it to me and I'll try that for you. All you'd be out is postage each way.

Joe: Pro Tip use the Lil’ Tub of Silicone while re-tapping it. It makes a good Tap cutting fluid.

Need a glide? I'm good at helping you guys get the right one.

There's 6 different 'classic' style wands (even more when you count all the clones) but I make three designs that cover them all.
It really helps if you can email me a picture of the wand, the head from a couple feet away and the full length view.

In this case, the guy wasn't sure. He'd tried the 'expensive' one from his local supplier. He said it was too short.

I asked for pics and he sent them.
It was easy to identify and I make the exact glide he's looking for.

I circled the distinctive features of his wand:
-the Wedge welded on top of the head as a support between the head & tube,
-the welded ears Westpak uses to secure their supply line
-and the Westpak assist handle
- all unique features of Westpak's Classic wand.
So the glide is easy on this one.
