We’ve been thinking about bringing bánh tráng phơi sương (dew- wetted rice paper)to Seattle for the longest time, but honestly… figuring out how to keep that soft, chewy texture and quality has been TOUGH. 🥹

I moved to the U.S. 10 years ago when I was 16, and honestly… I still get homesick sometimes.

That’s the biggest reason we’ve been so determined to bring a little piece of that lifestyle to Seattle. We started with the food we grew up loving and the drinks we always craved, hoping to share a taste of home with anyone who’s been missing it—or anyone who’s curious to experience it.

It’s been such a fun, exciting, and unforgettable journey. There have definitely been plenty of ups and downs along the way, but every message, every order, every popup, and every bit of support has kept us going.

Thank you for sticking with us, believing in us, and being part of this journey. We truly couldn’t have done it without you. 🫶🤍
