The short story is this: we should not consume high amounts of Omega 6 fatty acids. They are inflammatory to our bodies in high amounts. The same is true for our animals. Systemic inflammation is very bad in many ways. A healthy ratio of Omega 3 to Omega 6 is 1:1 to 1:4.
We had a case study done on some broilers who ate our feed, with the results coming in at an awesome 1:2 ratio within the meat! Check out the case study at this link:

By avoiding soy and corn, we have been able to produce a wonderful, healthy feed for your animals, that is properly balanced with fat. Which ultimately, effects your quality of life. Good fat intake is worth your life!
