We have new babies to add to the flock! We are working on getting breeding sets of specific breeds to keep our flock self sustainable as well as offer up laying eggs and chicks in the future. Here we have Jersey Giants, White Australorps, and Buff Cochins. We are very excited for these babies. 😁

Starting to repot all our starts for sale this year! These are just two tomato varieties we will have for sale this next month. Chadwick Cherry Tomatoes and Berkeley Tie Dye Green tomatoes.

[SOLD]

We had our first set of "oops" chicks from our most prolific hen. Every year she hides a nest...or three...and by the time we find her nest the eggs are developing. Since she hatched so many babies last year, we don't have room for more of her babies this year.

These 8 are a week old, very healthy, and come from one of our green layers. They are barnyard mix straight run 🐥 for $3 each for anyone interested.

I am so excited! I just got 3 little Emden Geese! I got 1 gander (Clarence) and 2 geese (Clodagh and Clarice). The "C" Squad! They are two days old, and will be my gardening partners. I have been wanting to get geese for our homestead for years, and today my little dream became a reality. We have a lot more babies, and will do more updates soon.

✨️I am so excited!✨️

We are finally preparing for a nice big garden this year!! I have missed getting my hands dirty.️ I have only been doing small scale gardening for our family the past few years, due to health issues I am facing, but this year we are going bigger! With family help and my farmhands getting older, we are all excited to start growing our business again.

Every week we will 🪏planting 🪏something new, and will have limited starts for sale this year, so keep an eye out! 👀 We didn't get many things planted today, but over the next few days we will have a variety of Bok Choy 🥬, huge variety of lettuce 🥗, cabbage, egg plants 🍆, and tomatoes 🍅 started. We will be getting all our peppers 🫑🌶 planted this week too.
