Ahh, the satisfying sight of ribbons of gelato coming out of the machine. This is a batch of Blueberry. Also currently available in gelato is Salted Caramel Espresso, Toasted Marshmallow Coconut, and the forever-present Chocolate. Current flavors of sorbet are Mango, Blood Orange, Passionfruit-Peach, and Blackberry.
