Balsamic vinegars, dark and light, with flavors to enhance salads and fruits such as fig and berry will be co-packed and offered. The last touch is hard Italian grating cheeses: Asiago, Parmigiano-Reggiano, Romano. Available as a block, grated or

shaved. We have our own grater, so the product is super-fresh. The Lab has a studio in which classes are offered. Basic pasta making, advanced shapes and the secrets that make home pasta making easy and clean.
