Rain or shine, we’re ready to serve. ☔️✨

This beautiful bridal shower didn’t go quite according to plan when the rain pushed the start time back an hour—but our team made sure the food was still hot, fresh, and ready to go when the celebration began.

From hot honey watermelon feta bites and peach & prosciutto flatbreads to grilled Atlantic salmon, wild mushroom & ricotta ravioli, and a beautiful dessert spread, every detail was worth the wait.

We’re especially grateful for clients who notice the work that happens behind the scenes. When plans change, our job is to adapt and make sure your experience never misses a beat.

Last Sunday, TFB Hospitality hosted its first-ever company picnic! 🕺

Team members from each unit of our hospitality group came to mingle, enjoy good food, and compete in our first corn hole tournament! 🌽 Our winning team was Executive Chef Wilson from The Conway Room and Senior Purchasing Manager, Jake Funk. Congratulations to both of you!! 🎊

We’re so grateful we get to spend little moments like this together as a team. 🤍 Thank you to everyone involved, who helped make this day so special!

A night of good food, great company, and meaningful connections in Harrisburg. ✨

We were proud to cater the City & State Reception, serving up:
🧀 A six-foot grazing table
🥓 Candied bacon & goat cheese bites
🍗 Grilled chicken skewers with peanut sauce
🫐 Baked Brie & blackberry puffs
🌶️ Bang Bang cauliflower with Thai chili sauce
🍷 Beer, wine & refreshing non-alcoholic beverages

Another incredible Billy Flynn Invitational is in the books. ⛳✨

We were honored to welcome golfers back for the post-round reception hosted at The Conway Room with a menu that celebrated bold flavors from around the world and gave everyone something to gather around after a day on the course.

Highlights from the evening included:
🦪 A raw bar featuring fresh oysters and caviar with all the accompaniments
🥩 Chef-attended rack of lamb carving station with mint chutney and pomegranate gastrique
🌎 Global tasting stations featuring grilled octopus, sirloin anticuchos, birria tacos, black cod ceviche, Turkish gözleme, pierogi, and more
🥟 Passed favorites like our cheesesteak egg rolls and beef negamaki
🍩 A Coney Island-inspired dessert station with funnel cakes, zeppolis, and indulgent house-made sauces

Thank you to everyone who made this year’s reception such a memorable evening. We’re grateful to be part of this incredible event once again and are already looking forward to doing it all again next year.

They remember who they shared the meal with. They remember the toast that made everyone laugh, the conversation that lasted a little longer than expected, and the feeling of being completely present.

What does catering look like before the event? 🧐

A lot of planning, collaboration, attention to detail, and a few birthday cupcakes. Lancaster Cupcake 🧁

Not every part of catering happens at the event. Some of the most important work happens around a conference table, making sure every detail is ready long before guests arrive.

Shoutout to our catering sales & ops teams for getting us from paper to palate 😋
