We were honored to cater an Americana-inspired celebration for Hamilton Watch in honor of America’s 250th anniversary—complete with a champagne toast, classic flavors, and a menu built to capture the spirit of the occasion. 🍔

Tropical vibes, meaningful impact, and a room full of community 🌺

We were honored to cater the 2026 Fishbowl Fundraiser for Arch Street Center at Foundry48—an evening filled with island-inspired energy, exciting auctions, and a mission that truly matters.

At TFB Catering, we believe food helps create the atmosphere where connection happens. This event brought people together not only to celebrate, but to support adults living with serious mental illness through community, stability, and opportunity.

Guests enjoyed a luau-inspired menu full of bold, tropical flavors:

The beat goes on! 🎶

We brought the flavor to the Fulton Theatre 2026 Gala: The Beat Goes On—a high-energy night inspired by Hairspray and the outta-sight spirit of the ’60s.

Set at the Ware Center for the Arts, the evening was filled with vinyl spins, live performances, and a dance floor that didn’t quit—alongside bites designed to keep pace.

Crab cake bites, cheesesteak egg rolls, char siu pork belly lollipops… and plenty more where that came from.
Crafted alongside Cracked Pepper Catering and GEM’s Catering—because a night like this deserves a menu to match.

When great minds gather, the table becomes more than a setting—it becomes the catalyst.

We had the pleasure of hosting a dinner for an incredible group of CEOs—local and beyond—bringing together perspectives, stories, and ideas in a space designed for connection. Because at the core of what we do is a simple goal: to be the definitive host for human connection—creating space for celebration, reflection, and discovery through exceptional food and atmosphere.

This evening captured that fully. A group that arrived as individuals and left having shared something meaningful—over a meal built to be experienced together.

Led by our AGM of Catering, Miranda, and Executive Chef Wilson, every detail was intentional, allowing guests to settle in, engage, and simply enjoy.

The Menu: • Picnic Board 🧺 — chicken liver mousse & duck rillette, La Tur triple cream, Lindendale Farm cave-aged goat cheese, apricot horseradish chutney, fresh fruit, garlic toast points • Grilled Asparagus 🍳— cured egg yolk, potato-leek crema, sauce gribiche, charred tomato oil • Black Garlic Glazed Tuna 🎣— smashed peas, preserved lemon & ramp purée, pickled golden beets, micro sorrel • Grilled Koji Duck Breast 🦆— spring vegetable risotto, charred baby heirloom carrots & radish, lemon-ginger hibiscus gastrique • Strawberry Lime Panna Cotta 🍓— strawberry cookie crumble, basil syrup, coffee service
