You don’t have to wait for my next pop-up to get your cookie fix! 🍪🤎

I’ve had quite a few people ask me at pop-ups how they can order cookies when I’m not out selling, so I thought I’d make it easy and show you!

YES, you can order your favorites right from my website! And it’s super simple.

🍪 1. CHOOSE YOUR COOKIES
Shop the current menu, grab a variety box, or build your own with your favorite flavors!

📅 2. PICK YOUR PICKUP DATE
Choose an available date right on the website! I typically offer pickups on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, with additional days occasionally available. The calendar will show which dates are available or sold out.

🤎 3. PICK UP & ENJOY!
Checkout online, and you’ll receive your pickup details and address in your confirmation email.

I’m a small home-based bakery in Leander, TX, serving cookie lovers throughout Austin and the surrounding areas!

So whether you’re in Leander, Cedar Park, Liberty Hill, Georgetown, or Austin, you don’t have to catch me at a pop-up to get your cookies!

Apparently my brain does not understand “off the clock.” 😂

Meanwhile I’m supposed to be paying attention to the road. 😂

Owning a bakery is basically having 47 tabs open in your brain at all times and somehow 43 of them are about cookies.

Here’s where you can find Mockingbird Bakes for the rest of the month:

• Oct 17: Pop Up at The Nest, starting at 9 AM
• Oct 22: Sip + Shop at Turquoise Peacock Boutique, 4:30–6:30 PM
• Oct 31: Halloween Pop Up at The Nest, starting at 9 AM

And if you can’t make it to a pop up, you can always order online (mockingbirdbakes.com) for easy pickup on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.

Just a heads up when you’re ordering: if a pickup day is greyed out, that means that day is already sold out.

I am so incredibly grateful to every single person who came out today. Truly. Seeing you show up, support my little bakery, and get excited about these cookies means more to me than you know.

I definitely underestimated how many cookies I needed today 😂 so next time, I’m coming MUCH more prepared.

In the meantime you can order for pickups on Tuesday, Fridays and Saturdays and never miss out. ❤️❤️❤️

I’ll be popping up again at My Nest on October 17th, and I promise I’ll be making a whole lot more so everyone has a better chance of getting their favorites.
