Ag season starts on Saturday. I have received some calls and messages on deer already. It will be a self check in system. Instructions are inside. Perfect time to help the local farms and Hunters Sharing the Harvest. Last year was just shy of 3000lbs of venison that stayed local to our food banks and churches. Let's shoot for 3500lbs this year.

Starting to book August and September beef cut dates. From hauling to slaughter i can cover it all. Pasture and farm slaughter available also. Ill be taking the month of july off to build and spend time with my boy..im working on my customer service skills see everyone soon.

When I started cutting i was happy to get 1 beef cut/packaged a day by myself. This week 12 beef hit the table and sealers. With 4 more to go. Ill be back to booking approximately mid to end of May. Pending recovery time. Thank you to the local farms and return customers. Im ready for a break and to start building stuff out of square again. .

First time I've got to turn the cooler off since July. 1 week break before a long run of beef. Thanks to all of the local farm support. I'll be down for a minimum of 6 weeks at the end of March for an acl n meniscus repair. Your customer service representative and meat man signing out!
