President Trump’s recent comments on lowering beef prices have triggered market volatility and uncertainty for America’s cattlemen—just as we were experiencing the strongest prices in history.

Now, news has broken that a deal has been struck to import Argentinian beef with the stated goal of “lowering prices” and “helping Argentina.”

🚫 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗪𝗜𝗟𝗟 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞 — and it should 𝗻𝗼𝘁 come at the expense of America’s beef producers.

Your Cattlemen’s Association has been in constant communication with Senator Britt and Coach’s offices to express 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 to this action. We will continue fighting for Alabama’s cattle producers who work tirelessly to raise a high-quality product while stewarding 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱’𝘀 natural resources and rural communities.

This is a great opportunity kids and families! Only about an hour and a half from Leighton and well worth the drive! We love our friends at Welcome Homestead and are proud to be partners with them! ☺️
