🚜🔧 Another Forklift Back in Action! 🔧🚜
The crew at True Country Equipment was called out to diagnose and repair a Yale forklift that was having multiple operational issues.
After digging into the machine and running through diagnostics, we tracked the problem down to a TOSS sensor failure that was preventing the forklift from operating accurately, along with an APP (Accelerator Pedal Position) sensor issue affecting machine performance.
While we had it apart, we also chased down and repaired an annoying continuous horn/honking issue that had been driving everyone crazy.
✅ Diagnosed electrical faults
✅ Repaired TOSS sensor circuit issues
✅ Corrected APP sensor problems
✅ Eliminated nonstop horn malfunction
✅ Machine tested and returned to service
This is exactly why proper diagnostics matter. Throwing parts at a machine gets expensive fast. Taking the time to trace the problem, test circuits, and verify sensor operation gets the equipment fixed right the first time.
