Slice B**r Co. is looking for a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented person to join our production team in Lincoln, CA.

Part-Time | 20–25 Hours/Week | $20/Hour

This is a hands-on position working directly alongside our Head Brewer, with opportunities to learn, develop your skills, and potentially grow with us as the needs of the brewery evolve.

You’ll help with brew days, cellar work, fermentation, dry hopping, packaging, cleaning, maintenance, and everything else that goes into getting great b**r out the door.

Previous professional brewery experience is a plus, but it isn’t required. We’re more interested in finding someone who’s reliable, mechanically inclined, eager to learn, comfortable with physical work, and genuinely interested in brewing.

🍊⚡ BIG PULP ENERGY ⚡🍊
“Big Pulp Energy” is what happens when subtlety gets absolutely steamrolled by New Zealand hops. Nelson, Riwaka, and Motueka Cryo erupt out of the glass with ridiculous waves of passionfruit pulp, candied lime, gooseberry jam, white peach rings, crushed pineapple, grapefruit gummy bears, and that unmistakable sauvignon-blanc-meets-diesel NZ hop funk. The aroma is straight-up ripping, with tropical hop fumes practically wafting across the room before the first sip. Obscenely aromatic but deliciously soft, it closes out with juicy citrus, sticky tropical fruit, and enough dank greenness to keep it interesting. Big pulp. Bigger fumes.

To celebrate our upcoming second location and the fact that our longtime friends at The Monk’s Cellar are about to become our actual neighbors, we teamed up to brew “Now Arriving”, the first ever Kölsch to pull into the Slice station! Crisp, bright, and built for repeat departures, it rolls in with notes of fresh-baked bread, lemon peel, pear, and delicate wildflower honey before cruising into a clean, dry finish. Soft fermentation character keeps things interesting, while the whole thing remains dangerously easy to drink. Good friends, new neighbors, and one very crushable Kölsch. All aboard! Next stop: Roseville.
