Quiet time at the barn this morning. The baby donkey (it's a boy!) is often hanging out by the new horse. The little jack needs a name so put your suggestions in the comments!

Came home to find that Lolli (the mini belted galloway) had calved. A pretty, and well marked, bull calf. Unfortunately the calf was not alive and I have no idea why. Mama seems fine, just not understanding where her baby is. 🤕
