Engstrand's Maple Syrup Engstrand’s Maple Syrup is now located 1 Mile East on Hwy 48 right out of town. The new property was bought in 2020 and first boil was in 2021.

We boil on a 5x14 wood fired evaporator. In 2022 a new tubing and vacuum system was installed and we are now up to 1500+ taps.

Bee Clean Up 🐝 Listen to them buzz!
We set the frames out for the bees to clean up the excess honey left behind. It did not take long for them to find them!
I tried my best to get as close as I could, but there was so many buzzing around!
We're still on the filter process, but look at all that Honey! 🍯
