🍑 Peach season 2026 is officially a wrap! 🍑

We had a few of our last peaches at the market last weekend, but now they’re truly gone! 🥲 A typical peach season runs through Labor Day, but warmer temperatures in March caused an early bloom and an early end to this year’s harvest.

🌳 But don’t worry, the work for next year has already begun! Over the past few weeks, our team has been busy pruning, tipping trees, and clearing weeds and leaf debris. These important steps help support root hydration and direct the tree’s energy toward next year’s fruit buds. Check out the photos to see the new buds forming and the orchard taking shape for next year!

While the peaches are done, we’re still heading to the Carmel Farmers Market tomorrow with fresh & field grown garden vegetables:

🍅 Slicing tomatoes & cherry tomatoes
🫑 Bell peppers
🌶️ Jalapeños & pepperoncini
🍅 San Marzano saucing tomatoes (becoming a fan favorite!)

Thank you, everyone, for your support of Indiana Peach MD 🍑 this peach season! 🍑🧡

While today wasn’t the celebration with all of you that we had hoped for, we’re still very grateful for everyone who has shown up this summer, rain or shine, hot or cold. We couldn’t do what we do without your support!

We love seeing you each week and hearing how you enjoyed your peaches from the weeks before. It’s been a great peach season, and we’re thankful to have shared it with all of you.

We still plan to be at Carmel Farmers Market for the next few weeks with garden vegetables, pumpkins, and, if we’re lucky, a few peaches (very few, to manage expectations 😉)! 🍅🥒🫑🌶️
