June calendar drop! You already know about some of our events, but did you know we're also expanding our lunch hours to SATURDAY!? That's right, come by for lunch on Saturdays, starting June 13th. We're also looking forward to our next Discovery Dinner with Chef and the first 's Chef of the Year Dinner celebrating our own Chef Patrick who is joined by Chef , , and rising star ! Also, join us for trivia and burgers every other Tuesday.

There's only one workshop this month, so get your tix to the Seafood & Seasoning Workshop. Chef Patrick will demo how to cook with rockfish and serve up a fantastic lunch featuring .

To wrap up the month, our Kids Summer Cooking Camp takes off on a culinary trip to Italy!

✨ Patrick O’Halloran of The Deliciouser ✨

O'Halloran is charting a new course with his modern spice shop and restaurant The Deliciouser. More than 30 years into his career — which includes his work at legendary Madison restaurants Lombardino’s and The Old Fashioned — O’Halloran is using curiosity as his compass to trace the histories, techniques and traditions behind cuisines from around the world.

Also in this issue, Emma Waldinger highlights six chefs — all 32 or younger — who are laying the groundwork for a healthier and more sustainable culinary industry in Madison.

Meet this dynamic duo! The TLV Smash Burger, the OG Deliciouser smash burger, is joined by our ✨new✨ Better Butter Burger, a WI Style Tavern burger. Both are made with on a brioche bun. We've got them on our lunch menu and for our Tuesday Trivia Nights, starting May 26th. Come on by and give them a try. Need a side? Try the Creole Cottage fries. 😏

BTW! The Better Butter Burger is made with a soon-to-be-released spice blend. Comment below what you think about our new blend or what you'd try it with.

Announcing the May line-up of events and workshops. 🤩There's lots to celebrate, and we're honored that you chose us to share in the festivities! This month, we welcome back the for a high-tea afternoon. Chef Mark of will teach us how to make pierogi, and Stella of will demo her go-to ice cream recipe!

We're also excited to start our two-event series with . In May, join us for a multi-course dinner featuring their wild-caught fish. In June, come by for a workshop.

Speaking of series...Trivia is back and better than ever! We're bringing it indoors and on Tuesdays. You'll need all five senses to play!
