We’re curious….

Here’s our first-draft roast beef prototype potato in its barest of forms. With most of our proteins, we like them to be featured in 3 recipes.

We’re open to suggestions with where it goes from here. What combination of toppings and sauce should this thing get?! Let us know in the comments!!

Roast Beef….

A staple of many a great lunch spots. We’ve started developing our very own in house recipe. I know a lot of places lean very heavily on a buttery bun for crunchy texture and roast beef enhancement, but ours will be a unique, gluten free experience with a few different spins.

What’s your favorite beef spot?

October will be loaded with specials and new introductions to our menu. Until then, we’ll be tinkering with our roast beef creation.

In case you’re wondering….

This August marks our FIVE YEAR ANNIVERSARY as a company. We are very proud of how far we’ve come. From the days of being in a kitchen incubator to our own commercial kitchen.

If you had one of our potatoes at a state fair, airport, library, Old Home Day (lookin at you Goffstown and Sandown) pumpkin regatta, brew fest, team feed, farmers market, craft fair, witches gala, teacher appreciation luncheon, fire house, police station, graduation, pinning ceremony, birthday party, taco tour, award ceremony, chamber of commerce, baby shower, your wedding, we encourage you to find some time to come by and say hi and have a potato with us again.

And YOU, the one who’s been wanting to try us but have been unsure of our hours well, here they are! Hope to see you soon, again or for the first time!
