A few reminders for opening day tomorrow:
- Call or text before dropping off. We will be available for drop offs starting 5:30pm. Matt will be hunting so texting is easiest for a quick response.
- Prices have remained the same this year - $120 for basic cutting/grinding/wrapping and $150 for cutting/grinding/pork/seasonings/wrapping
- A deposit of at least 50% is due at drop off. We take cash or Venmo.

Good morning Hunters, this year we will be accepting deer for processing during Bow season and rifle season. Please note that we will not be open for muzzle loading or holiday season. We will resume beef processing immediately following the conclusion of rifle season. For bow season, we require that all deer be skinned prior to processing. This policy is specific to bow season, as we will be processing beef concurrently and cannot accommodate hair in our facility. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. Our prices will remain unchanged, with a basic package priced at $120 and a sausage package with pork priced at $140. We have recently introduced a new offering, which involves adding ground beef to burger . This enhancement has received positive reviews and is priced according to current beef prices. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask. We wish you good luck. Thanks Matt’s custom Meats!!

Hello all, for opening weekend we will be available for drop offs from 5:30pm to 10:00pm. Skinning is now optional, having been a bow season requirement only. Please always call ahead to schedule your drop off because the coming weeks our shop hours will be sporadic. We will be completing the last beef processing by week's end, and now can dedicate our resources to deer processing through December 10th. Prices have increased slightly this year due to the increase in pork prices - $120 for basic cutting/grinding/wrapping and $150 for cutting/grinding/pork/seasonings/wrapping.
