Hi, if you're new here let me introduce myself! My name is Ola and I'm an independent saddle fitter, certified through SaddleFit4Life, offering western saddle fitting evaluations. I work with a wide range of saddle brands and makers to help you find the best fit for you and your equine partner for your goals.

I got into saddle fitting as a barrel racer and horse owner after I started noticing patterns in behavior, performance, and soundness that couldn’t be explained away by just training or behavior.

That curiosity led me into biomechanics and a deeper understanding of how much saddle fit affects comfort, movement, and performance. A properly fitting saddle plays a major role in a horse’s soundness, willingness to work, and ability to perform.

I continue my education on a daily basis, learning from different saddle brands, makers, and fit perspectives. Every horse and owner I work with adds to that knowledge, and I believe staying curious and adaptable is key in this field. I have a special interest in barrel racing, performance dynamics, and how saddle fit affects both horse and rider in high-demand situations.

I currently service IL, WI, IA, and IN, and I’m available to travel further for group bookings.
