We’ve updated availability on spinach, flowers, cilantro and sungolds. Preorder for pickup tomorrow until midnight Monday.

It can be super hard to look at a bed like this and come up with an accurate estimate of how many pounds we’ll be able to harvest out of it. This week, we underestimated 😊

We’ve gotten this question more than once… Sometimes with an air of suspicion.

We don’t do anything crazy, we try to grow the plants as healthy as possible (following organic practices), we harvest first thing in the morning when the greens are freshest, we rinse and spin them dry, bag and keep them cool.

Perhaps the biggest thing is we get them out to you usually within 24 hours of when we’ve harvested them. It’s nice having your greens not go slimy after a day or two, isn’t it?
