In 1500, our 11th great-grandfather Berend Brauer, was a brewmaster in Einbeck, Germany. 9 generations of fellow Brauer's continued the tradition until 1850. During that time, Martin Luther became very fond of this Brauer brewed German beer and became his favorite. To drink his fine homemade brews, he had a large mug that had three rings on it. Each individual ring stood for The 10 Commandments, T

he Creed and The Lord's Prayer. Boasting that he could encompass all three with ease while drinking his homebrewed beers. Three Rings Brewery takes this tale from Martin Luther as our namesake, and we strive to make great beers for great people! Reviving a family brewing tradition after 150 years, come enjoy a Three Rings beer and become part of the family!
