What an incredible day at Sandy’s Harley-Davidson in Fremont, Michigan!

We had an unbelievable turnout today, and we are so thankful to everyone who came out to support Smoke & Barrel. Our customers and followers truly are phenomenal, and we appreciate every single person who chooses to support our local Michigan food truck.

A huge thank you to Sandy’s Harley-Davidson for having us. We absolutely love serving the Fremont, Michigan community and bringing our wood-fired BBQ, PRIME brisket, pulled pork and more to the area.

And what a way to end the day, God ended our day with this beautiful double rainbow over Fremont!

Smoke & Barrel will be serving wood-smoked BBQ in Fremont, MI this Saturday from 12 noon to 5 PM at Sandy’s Harley-Davidson.

Come hungry for Prime Brisket, Smoked Mac & Cheese, smoked meats, loaded BBQ favorites and our signature Banana Barrels.

Sandy’s Bike Night runs from 1–5 PM, making it a perfect Saturday stop for motorcycles, BBQ and good food in West Michigan.

A quick dessert update: our Peanut Butter Brownie Pie is SOLD OUT, and the Key Lime Pistachio Toasted Coconut Pie will not be available this weekend.

That means Banana Barrels are the only dessert available Saturday, so grab one while they last. 🍌

14 days in the making. Gone in two weekends.

That’s a wrap at Sandy’s Harley-Davidson in Fremont, Michigan, and we are officially SOLD OUT of our handmade prime pastrami!

Thank you so much for the tremendous support and for being so eager to give our mouth-watering, melt-in-your-mouth, buttery smooth pastrami a try.

Our pastrami starts with prime brisket and takes a full 14 days from start to finish, with plenty of time, patience, seasoning and smoke going into every batch. Seeing it completely sell out over just two weekends makes every bit of that process worth it.

We are so glad so many of you came out to our Smoke & Barrel food truck in Fremont to try something a little different, and even happier hearing how much you loved it.

Thank you, Fremont. You showed up BIG for this one!

Our Handmade Prime Pastrami
We start with PRIME brisket, cure it for 14 days, season it, smoke it over wild Michigan cherry wood, then slice it up and pile it onto a sandwich with Swiss cheese and whole grain mustard.

Add our creamy slaw or handmade bacon jam.

Both start with prime beef.
